The score indicates the current state of affairs in the organisation. This represents the ability to change. The individual scan results can be combined into a team profile.

The scores of all employees together form the organisation scan.

The possibility of a customer scan is unique. The scores of all customers form the client scan.

People, Planet, Profit for Sustainable Change

In 1994, a pioneer in the field of sustainability and organisational responsibility introduced a concept called ‘triple bottom line’. He advocated that companies should not only look at the financial ‘bottom line’ or Profit (profit), but also include the aspects People (people) and Planet (planet, environment, surroundings) in their operations.

Since then, the concept of the 3 Ps -Profit, People and Planet- has grown and expanded to include other concerns for organisations. Purpose (higher purpose) indicates that companies need to have a clear added value and core values to continue to exist. Principles (principles, ethical guidelines) and Trust (trust) have emerged strongly in recent years.

Which styles of change do you use?

There are three types of change styles which exist. With the scan we map which styles exist at the levels of the individual, team and organisation.

Gradually
Improvement of the existing situation.

Transition
Replacing the current way of working with something new.

Transformation
Change to an unknown result through a chaotic period and a low point.
