The Belgian men’s ‘Red Lions’ have won all world titles in recent years and are now Olympic champions. Exploratory goals meeting

Online Leadership & Team People Change Scan

The first step is to gain insight into the personal leadership style and capacity for change of the participants. The Leadership & Team Scan – a state of the art, online scan – provides insights and inspiration for leadership development. The participants get a valuable ‘look under the bonnet’. They gain insight into the mindsets that determine how people do their work, with whom they do and do not want to work, the dominant leadership styles they use, the way they communicate with others and whether they can easily adapt to change.

 

Individual coaching of participants

In an in-depth conversation with one of our certified consultants, the personal leadership is reflected upon. Among other things, the leadership mindsets are discussed (normal and under pressure), the own capacity for change and the ‘fit’ with the organisation. In dialogue, the translation is made to practice: what can be done to continue to use the energy and effectiveness optimally at individual and team level?

 

Group analysis of the leadership team

Because all members of the leadership team fill in the Leadership & Team Scan, we make an analysis of the team with the aggregated results of the leaders. Based on this, we can facilitate a focused dialogue about the mutual strengths and pitfalls in cooperation, the team dynamics and the team’s power to change. How can the team members strengthen each other as much as possible in cooperation, leadership and power to change? In a team session, we give concrete advice to accelerate team development and increase the team’s power to change, so that the leaders themselves can facilitate and implement changes.

 

Self-facilitation

We can train the members of the leadership team to coach and facilitate their own teams to develop their personal leadership and increase their power to change using the Leadership & Team Scan and the People Change methodology and academy.
